Cancellation Policy

At SKINFLUENCE PRO, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, please review the following cancellation policy:

• Appointment Cancellations:
We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling which allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our wait list.

• Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment start time, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. Late fees may also apply. Full-service charges will still apply for shortened appointments.

• Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevents you from making your appointment, please contact us at 407-701-2046 to reschedule your appointment.

• Discontinuation of Services:
Chronic no-shows or repetitive last-minute cancellations will prevent us from offering you future services. We keep firm to our appointment schedule and expect our clients to do the same so all clients are served.
