    If this is your first time, I recommend booking a virtual consultation to discuss service options. A virtual consult gives me the opportunity to understand your goals and ensure that we are a good match for achieving those goals.

  • Yes, you'll receive a secure online intake form once you book your service. Please complete it before your visit to ensure I can customize your treatment based on your skincare needs and goals.

  • We'll start with your virtual consultation to review your skincare history, concerns, and goals.

    Based on your needs, we’ll tailor your treatment to maximize the results you’re seeking and any other recommendations for care. Expect a warm, professional, and personalized experience.

  • Please arrive with a clean face if possible—no makeup or heavy skincare products such as moisturizer or sunscreen. Avoid any strong at-home treatments (like exfoliation or retinol) 48 hours before your appointment unless we've discussed otherwise.

  • Life happens, we know. Make sure you review our Cancellation Policy.

    If you are unable to make your appointment at the time you scheduled it, please cancel it online at least 24 hours beforehand.

  • For many clients a healthy approach to facials is every two to four weeks depending on each client.

    However, your frequency will vary depending on your skin goals and which treatments you choose, which we discuss at your first consultation and throughout our time together.

  • I only use all-natural, professional-grade products that are kind to your skin and deliver lasting results. During your visit, I’ll not only share what products I use for your treatment, but I’ll also recommend products you can incorporate into your at-home regimen.

  • It’s best to give your skin a breather for at least 24 hours after a facial. Your pores will be clean and open. Applying makeup too soon could cause irritation or breakouts. Your new fresh glow and a smile is the only makeup you need.

  • A common, temporary reaction that may occur after a facial is called "skin purging. While it might sound concerning, purging is a sign that the treatment is working effectively. This process speeds up your skin’s natural cell turnover rate, helping it exfoliate and eliminate impurities.

    Active ingredients in certain products may also trigger this reaction, especially if your skin is adjusting to new treatments. The good news is that skin purging usually resolves quickly, and it’s a normal part of your skin’s renewal process post treatment.

  • When you choose your service and schedule your visit, you’ll have the option of a pay-ahead discount with a credit card. You can also pay the full fee at the time of service using a credit card, cash, or digital payment service such as Zelle or Venmo.

  • We are located in the quaint village of North Palm Beach, a stone’s throw from the ocean where the vibe inspires the best kind of relaxation. Detailed directions will be supplied when you book your appointment.
